Yogurt, pistachios and honey

Pistachios are known to provide much of the body’s vitamin E needs and protect nerve cells. A very tasty recipe for breakfast is a combination of pistachios with honey and yogurt.

Add a handful of fried pistachios and chopped yogurt. We use Danone Cremosso for extra comfort and an irresistible taste. And for even more energy, you can try one of the Cremosso fruit variants.

Then add honey and a little olive oil (to taste), and you’re ready for breakfast!

Breakfast with yogurt and fruits cooked in tea

An unexpected combination, right? If you haven’t paid much attention to tea fruits before, know that you can eat them right from breakfast. What do you need:

  • 1-2 aromatic tea bags
  • 8-9 tbsp combined raisins (you can use any type of dried fruit suitable for baking – apricots, dates, figs, cranberries)
  • 3-4 teaspoons full of honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Danone natural yogurt
  • pomegranate seeds (optional)

The fruits are washed and cut into pieces. Boil a cup of water in a bowl. When it boils, remove from the heat, put the tea bag in it and let it sit for five minutes. Then it is removed and discarded.

Return the pan to the heat and when it begins to boil, add the honey and dried fruit. Let it boil for about 20 minutes, then leave it in the fridge for at least four hours (or overnight).

In the morning, sesame seeds are perched. For one serving, put in a glass 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt, a few tablespoons of compote, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Avocado toast and boiled eggs moand

For lovers of a breakfast full of vitamins and energy, we have the recipe for toast with avocado and boiled eggs.

You need two slices of wholemeal bread, 1/2 avocado and 2 eggs.

Boil the eggs for three minutes. Then the avocado is peeled and crushed. Last step: toast the bread. That’s it, you have a healthy and easy breakfast.

7 ingredient smoothie

To drink a tasty smoothie in the morning, you need 120ml of fresh carrot, one frozen banana, 140g of frozen or fresh pineapple, half a tablespoon of fresh ginger, half a teaspoon of turmeric or cinnamon, a tablespoon of lemon juice and 240 ml of almond milk.

Mix everything little by little so that the smoothie is to your liking. Protect thinly or thicken, preferably with carrot juice or almond milk.

Perfect with yogurt and fruit

A variation for a more special breakfast is the yoghurt and fruit parfait. You need:

  • a cup of fresh fruit, cut into pieces: apples, pears, mango, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, in principle you can use your favorite fruits
  • half a cup Activia Nature or, for more taste, Activity with fruits or whole grains
  • half a cup of whole grain cereal
  • a spoonful of honey or fruit jam

In a tall glass, add half the fruit and half the yogurt. Sprinkle half the cup of cereal on top. The operation continues by putting the rest of the fruits, yoghurts and cereals in the same order.

For decoration, add honey or fruit jam on top.

Banana and yogurt pancakes

The most delicious breakfast (in our opinion) is the one that contains pancakes. A delicious and easy to make recipe is the one with bananas and yogurt. You need:

  • 170 grams of wholemeal flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg or 2 egg whites
  • 240ml milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 65 grams of creamy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 bananas to serve

Flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon are placed in a large bowl. Separately, beat the eggs with the milk and the banana. Add honey and yogurt and mix well until smooth. At the end, add the vanilla.

Make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour the composition with eggs, milk and banana. Add the flour little by little until all the dough is formed, without mixing too much.

You can also add chocolate shavings or very small cut fruits. Pancakes are made in a pan greased with sunflower oil. Serve with honey and bananas.
