Easy recipes with Almette for the morning when you want something really good for breakfast
The journey to your best version should be completed in small steps. One of them is a change in eating habits. Most of the time, for lack of time, many of us are tempted to skip breakfast. Such a mistake has a major impact on life, even if we are not aware of it.
When you skip breakfast your energy levels will be low and over time this unhealthy habit leads to the rapid accumulation of unwanted pounds. That’s why today I’m showing you 3 breakfast options quick and tasty with Almette, easy to prepare especially if you, like me, are not the best cooks in the world.
The ingredients for this “recipe” are extremely simple: you need one or two rolls if you are sharing breakfast with a loved one. Spread a tablespoon of Green Onion Almette on the halves of the buns and place the cucumber slices on the soft cheese. All you have to do is put strips of salmon on the cucumbers and sprinkle with capers. If my version doesn’t make you smile or if you haven’t tried capers yet, you can substitute a couple of drops of lemon juice.
Anyway, you can cheat a little with pancakes. Either you can prepare them in the evening and keep them in the refrigerator, or you can buy them ready-made. My first choice was a morning treat for which I used Almette with yogurt. On the first pancake, I sprinkled a handful of walnuts and poured a teaspoon (or two) of honey. The second option made me think of my childhood and the raspberries that I kept cooking. I spread Almette well with yogurt on the pancake and sprinkled berries on it.
The third proposal for breakfast is my favorite, not only because of its soft taste, but also because it is prepared very, very quickly. In a bowl, I put Almette with yogurt, then I added a good spoonful of strawberry jam. I mixed it well then spread it on half a sesame seed bun.
