Invited to the Neatza ensemble with Răzvan and Dani, the beloved soloist of folk music, Cornelia Rednic, together with her husband, Lupu Rednic, surprised the matinees by preparing, in characteristic dance and cheerful rhythms, the recipe for the heartiest Transylvanian breakfast: Omelette with grated potatoes or Omelette with thighs.

  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of green dill
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it finely.
