– 200 grams of chopped olives

– 200 grams of grated cheese

– 200 grams of meat or sausage (optional)

– 150 grams of marinated donuts

– 150 grams of flour

– 6 eggs

– 4 tablespoons of oil

– 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation method

In a salad bowl, put the 6 eggs and beat very well with a mixer until they aerate and double in volume. Add 150 grams of flour, a little at a time, in the rain, mixing with the mixer. Mix until combined, then add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and mix well.

Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the mixture, stirring until incorporated. Don’t overmix, just combine all the ingredients.

The next step is to add the 200 grams of black and green olives, previously cut quite small. Mix with a spatula, then put the 200 grams of grated cheese and mix again very well. The diced marinated donut is placed at the end.

The composition is placed in a normal cake mold, greased with a little oil and lined with flour, very well distributed, so as not to stick the cake to the board. Level the composition and to brown it well, you can put a few dashes of ketchup on it.

Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes or until the toothpick test passes.
