If the holidays are approaching and you are intensely preparing for those hearty Christmas and New Year’s Eve meals, try this Onion Scramble Pasta recipe. It is very tasty and cooks quickly in just 5 minutes.
Plus, you don’t need too many ingredients or special cooking skills. Just run the scallops through a blender, add the rest of the spices and blend.
It’s a great option for a hearty breakfast, but keep in mind that this scallop batter doesn’t last long in the fridge. In 2-3 days it loses its freshness. So plan a sufficient quantity for 1-2 days, no more. And eat in moderation! It is not at all a dietary preparation and not friendly to the liver or the figure.
Onion pasta recipe with onions
- 200 grams of slightly crispy scallops
- 1 red or white onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard (sweet, hot or horseradish, your choice)
- 1 clove of garlic
- a little paprika (sweet or spicy) to color the pasta
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into slices.
Put the breadcrumbs in a blender, with the onion, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous cream which has the texture of a liver pâté.
Scrambled pasta is served on slices of fresh homemade bread, preferably wholemeal. Have fun!
