However, before you start working out recipes, you should know that you should not put sugar, salt or hard foods in the child’s food. If you accustom them to small amounts of salt or sugar, it will be difficult to teach them and moreover it will not be healthy for them, and hard foods will be difficult to eat especially if they do not yet have teeth. .

Proteins are the main building block of bones and muscles, and fats are just as important as contributing to the formation of the cell membrane, especially the nerve cell membrane.

Breakfast suitable for babies

Rice pudding and cinnamon: This breakfast is extremely delicious and nutritious, both for the little one and for the whole family. You need one cup of rice and four cups of milk. Maintain the fire until the rice boils and add a tablespoon of organic cinnamon and mix everything. You can use honey or maple syrup to naturally sweeten. That’s it, you have a very good quick breakfast that can be eaten by the whole family.

Fruit Chia Pudding: To prepare this healthy and tasty breakfast for your baby, you need 250 ml of vegetable milk, you can use soy or coconut, 6 tablespoons of chia seeds and a tablespoon of honey for a healthy sweet taste. Mix chia seeds with milk and a teaspoon of honey and leave the composition in a cold container. This recipe should be left in the refrigerator for 10 hours, during which time you can take care of the baby. It takes very little time to prepare and can be served the next day without problem, even if it takes longer to set. Take whatever fruits you want, you can use strawberries, bananas and cut them into slices. Put the sliced ​​fruit on it.

Boiled egg, served with cheese and boiled and mashed vegetables: It’s very simple here, and this breakfast can be made in the morning. Boil the vegetables (carrots, parsnips and potatoes) until they are very tender and can be pureed. Broccoli puff pastry: For this recipe you need 100 grams of fresh cottage cheese, 180 grams of sour cream, 100 ml of milk, 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of broccoli and two eggs.

Steam the broccoli for a few minutes then cut into slices. Mix all the mentioned ingredients in a large bowl, then add the broccoli. Bake at 180 degrees, with heat from top to bottom for 40 to 45 minutes.

Tuna pasta: This delicious breakfast is very easy to prepare. When you don’t have enough time to sit in the kitchen, it’s better to cook tasty pasta with tuna. For this recipe you need a packet of pasta (spaghetti or penne), tuna fillets in olive oil 300 grams, 5 fresh tomatoes good to cook for a perfect taste, a cube of butter and parmesan. Boil the pasta and cook the tomatoes. After draining the pasta, place it in the pan, where the cubes of butter have melted and add the ripe tomatoes, add the chopped tuna fillet and the parmesan.
