9 fruit and vegetable juices to drink in the morning

Cabbage juice, celery, cucumber and parsley

the components: A stalk of celery, 5 cabbage leaves, a cucumber, half a bunch of fresh parsley, a few pieces of pineapple (optional).

to prepare: Coarsely chop all ingredients and put them in a blender. Mix for a few seconds, add water if you think it is necessary and consume the filtered juice or the obtained form (recommended alternative).

Carrot juice, apple, ginger and turmeric

the components: 4 carrots, 2 apples, a small piece of ginger, a pinch of turmeric knife.

to prepare: Coarsely chop the ingredients and put them in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Finally, add the turmeric and stir. You can add a little water to make the juice more liquid.

Strawberry, carrot and lettuce juice

the components: 10 strawberries, 3 carrots, juice of half a lemon, 2 kale leaves, an apple, a few lettuce leaves.

to prepare: Wash the ingredients well, chop them coarsely, and put them in a blender. Mix for a few seconds and then add lemon juice at the end.

Beetroot, kiwi and celery juice

the components: Half a beetroot, 2 celery stalks, kiwi, lemon juice.
