- 4 eggs
- 300g beans
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 150g bacon
- 50ml oil
- 2 tomatoes
Method of preparation :
Cook the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté them with the onion until all the water left by the mushrooms evaporates.
Fry bacon, cut into thin slices, until crispy. In the remaining fat, fry the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve the bean stew hot, along with the hardened mushrooms, scrambled eggs, fried bacon and tomatoes.
