  • 4 eggs
  • 300g beans
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 150g bacon
  • 50ml oil
  • 2 tomatoes

Method of preparation :

Cook the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté them with the onion until all the water left by the mushrooms evaporates.
