We start by preparing the meat filling and the potato filling, while the puff pastry is left to thaw.
For the minced meat filling, chop an onion and 1-2 bell peppers and brown in oil. Mix well so that the ingredients release their flavors, then add the minced meat. Let the minced meat cook, stirring constantly with the hardened ingredients. Taste with salt and pepper, then add crushed tomatoes, as well as a little tomato paste, for consistency.

When the meat is well penetrated, add the corn kernels and turn off the heat. After tempering, add the finely chopped lure, as well as the green parsley.
