How do we prepare?
• add the hazelnuts to the blender
• switch on the mixer at maximum speed for 30 seconds
• clean the edges of the bowl with a spatula

Raluca Rotariu, co-founder of Endofoodart and nutrition therapist, offers you a delicious recipe: pea stew.
500g frozen peas
a white onion
a red pepper
100ml tomato paste
2 tablespoons clarified butter / olive oil
How do we prepare?
Heat the clarified butter in a saucepan. Finely chop the onion and add it to the butter to harden it. Meanwhile, prepare the carrots and peppers. We clean them, cut them into cubes and add them to the hardened onions.
Let everything harden for 2-3 minutes, during which we mix to make sure that the vegetables do not burn. Add 2 cups of water and simmer until you try the carrots with a fork and they are done. If the water drops, we can periodically refill with a glass. Add the tomato paste and peas and boil for another 10 minutes,” Raluca Rotariu said.
