Want to prepare a quick breakfast for the whole family? With this simple omelette roll recipe, you can whip up six servings of food in just a few minutes. Here’s how easy it is to make and how many variations of these rolls you can make.
- 6 eggs
- 250ml milk
- 60g flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese (or any other type of cheese you like – but choose one that melts)
- bacon or any other type of meat you want
- greens as preferred (spinach, dill, green onions, etc.)
How is it prepared:
Preheat the oven to 230aC. Grease a skillet with butter or oil.
In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous composition. You can use a blender if you wish.
Pour the resulting composition into the tray. On top of that, you can add grated cheese, greens, or whatever you want.
Bake for about 20 minutes. When ready, remove the tray from the oven, quickly sprinkle with grated cheese or cheese to melt it, and add any other toppings you’d like. Roll everything carefully and take the roll out on a plate. Cut it into six equal pieces and you have breakfast for the whole family.
