Detoxing means resting the body, which is something that is increasingly recommended by professionals all over the world. Find out how to detox and the recommended juices!

Detoxing does not mean starvation and your body is welcome as long as you do not deprive your body of essential nutrients. That’s why Dr. Oz recommended the three-day detox diets as a miracle for the digestive system and the whole body, and the best solution is to drink only fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Thus, the body receives the nutrients it needs, but in a form that is much more easily digested and will not have to work hard for it. This will be the interpretation of the specialist who recommends this type of detoxification treatment that can be done regularly to benefit from the purification of the body.

Detoxification treatment involves eliminating commercially processed foods, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, sugar, flour, dairy, meat, and eggs. Instead, it will be fresh fruit and vegetable juices that will aid in detoxification and tissue regeneration.

Rules to follow before starting a detox

Two days before the start of the detox, it is recommended to eliminate certain foods from your diet: caffeine, sugar, red meat, dairy products, and any processed foods. Eat only fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.

Also, every morning, as soon as you wake up, drink two cups of lukewarm water mixed with lemon juice and grated ginger. In the evening and before bedtime it is recommended to drink herbal tea.

This is Dr. Oz’s complete 3-day program of fresh juice detoxification. The recommended ingredients are put into the juicer and the resulting fresh juice is consumed.
