By following this diet, you will consume no more than 1500 calories per day, divided into three meals. Here is the program for three days…

Day 1

To eat lunch

2 boiled eggs
Half an avocado
A slice of wholemeal bread

To eat lunch

Grilled salmon
Shredded asparagus with butter

Having dinner

Boiled peas with a little cooking cream
Beef burger with green onions and spices

Day 2

To eat lunch

2 tablespoons rolled oats

If you don’t want to fail and stay within the calorie limit, it’s best to avoid all beverages except water, unsweetened teas, and plain coffee. Snacks can be served with berries, yogurt or almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, but in limited quantities.


Bonus: diet for 13 days

Variant I

Day 1: Eat any fruit except bananas.

Day 2: Eat raw vegetable salads or salads with potatoes and tomatoes. Avoid peas, beans or corn. Soup is allowed for lunch! Don’t eat fruit at dinner. The main food is a baked potato, greased with olive oil.

Day 3: Vegetables, fruits and soup. This time the exception is baked potatoes.

Day 4: You are allowed to eat three bananas, skimmed milk, soup and plenty of water.

Option 1: steak with spinach and another half fruit

Option 2: 2 eggs, a cucumber and tomato salad with lemon juice, a slice of toast and half a grapefruit

Having dinner

Option 1: vegetables au gratin with 100-200 g of chicken, beef or fish and another half of fruit

Option 2: a few slices of ham and a 500 milliliter glass of water and half a grapefruit.
