Today’s recipe by Andrei Ilias is actually a kind of omelet made from several eggs with milk, mushrooms, spinach and other ingredients, prepared in the oven. It is ideal for a hearty breakfast.

Follow below the list of ingredients and the necessary steps to prepare such a tasty and very hearty omelette with everything, for breakfast or any meal of the day.

Counter Quiche – Ingredients

  • 5 medium sized eggs
  • 200 g ceps
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chili flakes
  • 1 bunch of green parsley
  • 200ml) milk
  • 25g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Countertop Quiche Recipe – How to Prepare

We prepare a round pie shape with a diameter of 25 cm, which we grease abundantly, with butter inside.

We break the eggs into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Mix well until smooth. Add the milk and mix the composition again.

Wash the spinach leaves and let them drain. we cut them into strips. Wash the parsley, let it drain and chop finely.

Peel an onion, grate it and chop it finely. Wipe the mushrooms well with damp paper towel and slice them. Finely chop the green onions.

Put the oil in a frying pan, heat it and fry the onion with the garlic and the mushrooms. Add green onions and spinach and mix well for a few seconds. We do not insist on preparing them in the pan because they will also withstand a heat treatment in the oven. We let them cool.

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Add the milk and egg mixture to the ingredients in the saucepan and mix well. Pour the mixture into a butter-greased cake tin. Put the form in the oven and bake the omelet for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned and coagulated inside.

Let it cool for a few minutes, then we can portion it and enjoy it with a fresh salad.
