4 eggs

6 slices of bacon / ham / smoked ciolan

1 onion

Spices: garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil – to taste

Preparation method

Boil the potatoes but not all the way through (they shouldn’t be crumbly like for mashed potatoes), cut into cubes (smaller, not like for stew). Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a large skillet (you will cook everything in it). When it becomes glassy, ​​add the potatoes on top and season with the spices.
