Avocado cheese paste for breakfast

Breakfast is a very important meal – it can make or break your day. It must be healthy, constant and give you energy for the whole day. Cheesy avocado paste is ideal for a healthy breakfast, even for dieters. Moreover, it is prepared in just two minutes.

Ingredients for the avocado cheese paste

  • 2 avocados, well ripened
  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, preferably defatted
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 green onion in string
  • juice of a freshly squeezed lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make avocado paste with cheese

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze out the juice. Cut the pulp into good chunks and add them to the food processor. Add crushed garlic and chopped onion (white and green). Mix until the avocado is grated, then add the cheese and continue mixing until you have a fine paste. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

How to serve avocado paste with cheese

Serve the avocado paste with one or two slices of toasted wholemeal bread. Avocado paste can also be eaten with raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, peppers or cucumbers.

Avocado paste can also be served as an appetizer with tortilla chips.
